 Auditor’s fees
e fee for the auditor of the consolidated nancial statements,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Aktiengesellscha Wirtschasprüfungs-
gesellscha, amounted to  million in nancial year  and
was recognised as an expense. Of this amount,  million was
attribut able to the category covering audits of the nancial state-
ments which includes in particular the fees for auditing the con-
solidated nancial statements, as well as for auditing the annual
nancial statements prepared by Deutsche Post  and its German
subsidiaries. A further  million relates to the other advisory and
valuation services category. It primarily includes the fees for review-
ing the interim reports. In addition, it includes fees for voluntary
audits extending beyond the statutory audit engagement, such as
audits of the internal control system. e fee for other services
amounts to  million and relates to fees which cannot be allocated
to the aforementioned categories.
