1.3.2.2.8 Employee shareholding under the FCPE (company mutual fund)
As of March 31, 2010, employees held 748,587 shares, or 0.793 % of the share capital, via the “FCPE
Ubi actions”.
The extraordinary part of the Combined General Meeting of July 10, 2009 renewed the authorization
previously granted to the Board of Directors by the Combined General Meeting of September 22, 2008,
giving the Board entire discretion to perform a capital increase reserved for subscribers to a savings
plan of the Group, an associated company and/or companies within the meaning of Article L 225-180 of
the French Commercial Code, within the limit of 0.2 % of the total amount of shares comprising the
share capital at the time of its use by the Board of Directors, in particular via a company mutual fund.
During the financial year ended March 31, 2010, the Board of Directors, at its meeting of April 9, 2009,
used the authorization granted to it by the Combined General Meeting of September 22, 2008 and, at its
meeting of March 11, 2010, used the authorization granted to it by the Combined General Meeting of
July 10, 2009 (cf. 3.2.2.4).
