Continuing agreements and commitments which were entered into in prior years
Furthermore, in accordance with the French Commercial Code, we have been informed that the
following agreements and commitments, which were approved during previous years and which were
applicable during the period:
Licensing agreement with Gameloft SA
• Nature and purpose :
On November 18, 2008, your Board of directors authorized your company to grant to Gameloft SA an
exclusive and nontransferable license for the use and reproduction of video games for iPhone and
iPod Touch formats as well as a nonexclusive and nontransferable license authorizing the
reproduction of the trademarks and logos relating to the video games subject to the exclusive user
license.
• Term and conditions :
The license agreement concerns a period from January 28, 2009 to April 1, 2012. The amount of the
royalties booked as turnover by your company as of March, 31 2010 totaled €275,154 excluding tax
Brand licensing agreement with Gameloft SA
• Nature and purpose :
On August 18, 2003 your Board of Directors authorized your company to sign an exclusive licensing
agreement for current and future brands with Gameloft S.A. for the development of interactive video
games for telephone, fax and telecommunications devices, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and
interactive television.
• Term and conditions :
The term of the agreement is 10 years starting on April 1, 2002.
The amount of the royalties booked as turnover by your company as of March, 31 2010 totaled
€648,780 excluding tax
