The company deems that adequate provision has been made for the anticipated lawyers’
fees and litigation expenses.
Legal proceedings are expected for the tax treatment of part of the stock option gains. In-
come tax provisions have been recognized for possible obligations arising from this litigation.
Adequate provisions have been recognized for any financial costs from other court or arbi-
tration proceedings.
