Overall statement on the risks
faced by the Porsche SE group
The overall risk exposure of the Porsche SE
group is made up of the individual risks relating to the
significant investments held in Porsche Zwischenhold-
ing GmbH and Volkswagen AG presented above and
the specific risks of Porsche SE. The risk manage-
ment system ensures that these risks can be con-
trolled. Taking into account the risks described above,
on the basis of the information currently available to
us, there are no risks that could endanger the ability
of the Porsche SE group to continue as a going con-
cern.
Subsequent events
The section on “Significant events” in this
management report already contains comments on
events that occurred after the close of the fiscal year
2009/10.
The Volkswagen group has also extended its
board of management as part of its Strategy 2018.
With effect as of 1 October 2010, Prof. Dr. Jochem
Heizmann, previously in charge of “Group Production”,
will take over the new “Group Commercial Vehicles”
portfolio on the board of management and manage
the group’s truck activities in future. Mr. Michael
Macht, previously CEO of Porsche AG, has been ap-
pointed to Volkswagen AG’s board of management as
his successor.
