Any individual may in good faith report a concern regarding the conduct of another person or cooperate in any investigation regarding
a suspected violation of the law or the Code without fear of reprisal, harassment, discrimination or retaliation of any kind. Any form
of reprisal against an individual because the individual raised a matter of conduct or cooperated in an investigation is contrary to our
culture and values — and it will not be tolerated. A person who engages in any act of retaliation will be disciplined, up to and
including termination.
