HVAC
The air conditioning units to be installed by Tenant serving the first floor of the building will be removed and the
affected area will be restored to general purpose office space including but not limited to mechanical systems, lighting
and other electrical distribution which shall conform to other general office space within the Building as reasonably
determined by Landlord.
Lobby The fire rated condition of the lobby will be restored and the gypsum board finishes to the stairway (excluding the
handrail/guardrail), the finishes to the stairway landing columns, gypsum board ceiling, and wall finishes will be
restored including but not limited to mechanical systems, lighting and other electrical distribution as reasonably
determined by Landlord.
