4 NOISE

5 GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
5.1 The performance certification requirements for the Original A319 Aircraft, except where otherwise noted, will be as stated in Section **.
5.2 For the determination of FAR take-off performance a hard dry level runway surface with no runway strength limitations, no obstacles, zero wind,
atmosphere according to **, except as otherwise noted, and the use of speed brakes, flaps, landing gear and engines in the conditions liable to provide the
best results **
5.2.1 When establishing take-off and second segment performance **.
5.3 When establishing the approach and landing climb performance cabin **.
5.4 The en-route one engine inoperative climb performance will be established with the amount of engine air bleed associated with the maximum cabin
altitude as specified in ** and an average ventilation rate not less than the amount defined in **, but no air will be bled from the engines for anti-icing. All
performance data are based upon normal air conditioning mode.
5.5 Climb, cruise and descent performance associated with the Guarantees will include allowances for normal electrical load and for normal engine air bleed
and power extraction associated with maximum cabin differential pressure as defined in Section **. Cabin air conditioning management during
