Stock Exchange Listing
On September 27, 2005, the effective date of the merger, our common stock began trading on the NYSE under the symbol "LCC."
As of February 15, 2008, the closing price of our common stock on the NYSE was $14.41. As of February 15, 2008, there were 2,752
holders of record of the common stock.

US Airways Group, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, is subject to Sections 160 and 170 of the Delaware General
Corporation Law, which govern the payment of dividends on or the repurchase or redemption of its capital stock. US Airways Group is
restricted from engaging in any of these activities unless it maintains a capital surplus.
US Airways Group has not declared or paid cash or other dividends on its common stock since 1990 and currently does not intend
to do so. Under the provisions of certain debt agreements, including our secured loans, our ability to pay dividends on or repurchase our
common stock is restricted. Any future determination to pay cash dividends will be at the discretion of our board of directors, subject to
applicable limitations under Delaware law, and will depend upon our results of operations, financial condition, contractual restrictions
and other factors deemed relevant by our board of directors. See "Liquidity and Capital Resources" and "Management's Discussion and
Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation" in Item 7 below for more information, including information related to
dividend restrictions associated with our secured loans.
Foreign Ownership Restrictions
Under current federal law, non-U.S. citizens cannot own or control more than 25% of the outstanding voting securities of a
domestic air carrier. We believe that we were in compliance with this statute during the time period covered by this report.
