Since 2010, our strategy has focused on four priority areas. Our aim
is to create long-term value by accomplishing these strategic priori-
ties. We will also maintain a solid balance sheet, focus on capital
eciency and generate strong cash ow.
Our long-term nancial goals since 2011 relate to organic sales
growth, the operating margin aer depreciation/amortisation
(EBIT) and the equity/assets ratio; see also page 48.
