Still
Leading
At Darden, strong values are just as important as business acumen and operations skills. Building on our
rich heritage of doing what’s right, we continue to lead by example.
For our employees, doing what’s right means enhancing their capabilities and providing opportunities that
will allow them to achieve their personal and professional dreams. And outside the walls of our restaurants,
it means serving our communities and doing our part to sustain the Earth’s natural resources.
