The Trustee shall promptly notify the Company in writing of the Securities selected for redemption and, in the case of any

Security selected for partial redemption, the principal amount thereof to be redeemed.

For all purposes of this Indenture, unless the context otherwise requires, all provisions relating to the redemption of Securities

shall relate, in the case of any Security redeemed or to be redeemed only in part, to the portion of the principal of such Security which

has been or is to be redeemed.

Section 11.14. Notice of Redemption. Notice of redemption shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not

less than 30 nor more than 60 days prior to the Redemption Date, to each holder of Securities to be redeemed, at his address appearing

in the Security Register.

All notices of redemption shall state:

(1) the Redemption Date;

(2) the Redemption Price;

(3) the CUSIP number;

(4) if less than all Outstanding Securities of any series are to be redeemed, the identification (and, in the case

of partial redemption, the respective principal amounts) of the Securities to be redeemed, from the Holder to whom the notice

is given;

(5) that on the Redemption Date the Redemption Price will become due and payable upon each such Security,

and that interest, if any, thereon shall cease to accrue from and after said date;

(6) the place where such Securities are to be surrendered for payment of the Redemption Price, which shall be

the office or agency of the Company in the Place of Payment;
