5000฀series,฀we฀continued฀the฀evolution฀of฀marine฀navigation฀with฀
the฀next฀generation฀ GPSMAP฀ 6000฀ and฀ 7000฀series฀ chartplotters.฀
Featuring Garmin G Motion™฀technology,฀these฀ultra-fast฀chartplotters฀
come฀ standard฀ with฀ high-speed฀ graphical฀ processors฀ that฀ deliver฀
nearly฀two฀times฀the฀map-drawing฀agility฀and฀performance฀of฀their฀
predecessors.฀ High-tech฀ meets฀ high-touch฀ with฀ the฀ 7000฀ series,฀

Garmin announced enhancements to its popular line of portrait
plotters฀—฀the฀GPSMAP฀4x1,฀5x1฀and฀5x6฀—฀adding฀high-sensitivity฀
and faster processors to affordable marine navigation. Combining
performance and value, these compact chartplotters feature our
proven,฀ easy-to-use฀ interface฀ and฀ boast฀ a฀ new฀ high-speed฀ digital฀
design฀that฀increases฀map฀drawing฀and฀panning฀speeds.฀With฀their฀
small footprint, these units are ideal for single station boats or as a
