10.9 Counterparts
. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an
original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
10.10 Entire Agreement
. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof,
and supersedes all previous agreements.
10.11 Computation of Time
. Whenever the last day for the exercise of any privilege or the discharge of any duty hereunder shall
fall upon a Friday, Saturday, or any date on which banks in Israel, are authorized to be closed, the party having such privilege or duty may
exercise such privilege or discharge such duty on the next succeeding day which is a regular business day.
