Our common stock is traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol NVDA. Public trading of our common stock began on
January 22, 1999. Prior to that, there was no public market for our common stock. As of March 5, 2004, we had approximately 436
stockholders of record, not including those shares held in street or nominee name.
