* Non-GAAP Financial Measure
EBITDA is defined as operating loss less depreciation
and amortization. EBITDA is a non-GAAP financial
measurement provided to assist in understanding the
impact of certain items on our results of operations
when compared with prior periods. Management
believes this will assist investors in evaluating our
performance over different periods. Management
understands that there are material limitations on the
use of non-GAAP measures, which are not substitutes
for GAAP measures for the purpose of analyzing
financial performance. EBITDA is not in accordance
with, or an alternative for GAAP measures and may be
different from EBITDA used by other companies. It is
not based on any comprehensive set of accounting
rules or principles and should not be construed as an
alternative to reported results, which were determined
in accordance with accounting principles generally
accepted in the United States of America (GAAP).
