Exelon Business Services Company
Business Services Company (BSC) is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Exelon Corporation.With nearly 700 employees
located in Chicago and Philadelphia,BSC provides Exelon’s businesses with services in the areas of information technology,
financial, human resources, legal, supply chain and audio/visual.
As a central service provider to Exelon’s businesses, BSC’s mission is to excel in all areas of service by providing better
solutions and greater value than are available anywhere in the marketplace. During 2001, BSC focused on forging an
organization created by consolidating resources across ComEd and PECO, while exceeding significant synergy savings
targets. Implementation of a billing system and internal service level arrangements helped established a cooperative
partnership with BSC customers.
In 2002, BSC will continue to focus on operational excellence in pursuit of a vision of providing commercial-grade
services at competitive costs to Exelon’s businesses.
