This graph compares cumulative total return on Under Armour, Inc.’s Class A Common Stock from November 18, 2005 (the date of Under
Armour’sinitial public offering) through December 31, 2006 to the cumulative total return of the NASDAQ Market Index and the Hemscott Group
Textile-Apparel Clothing Index for the same period. The graph assumes an initial investment of $100 in Under Armour and each index and rein-
vestment of any dividends. The graph assumes the initial value of Under Armour’s Class A Common Stock on November 18, 2005 was the ini-
tial public offering price of $13.00.
In connection with Under Armour, Inc.’s listing application to list its shares of Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), on November 16, 2006 Under Armour filed with the NYSE
the Annual CEO Certification as required by the NYSE corporate governance listing standards. Under Armour has also filed as exhibits to its Annual Report on Form 10-K the CEO and CFO certifications
required by Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
