(IPO) pursuant to a Registration
Statement on Form S-1 led with
the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission.
See page 22 for further details
regarding the proposed IPO.
Since its inception in 2004,
Enova has become a leading
provider of online nancial
services that is focused
on customer service.
Enova offers short-term
customer loans over the Internet that
range from $50 to $2,500.
In 2011, Cash America experienced
loan growth both domestically and
internationally, and installment loans
continued to gain ground both in
the United States and in the United
Kingdom. Installment loan options
allow customers to make multiple loan
payments over several months instead
of a single pay option by their next
payday. During 2011, Cash America,
through both its E-Commerce and
Retail Services segments, made almost
100,000 installment loans totaling
nearly $128 million of credit extended.
Sometimes the world changes so quickly that it’s easy for a business to get lost
or left behind. But at Cash America, we understand that innovative technology is key
to meeting the challenges of our ever-changing marketplace. To that end, we have
made it possible for customers in 32 states and three foreign countries to arrange
consumer loans via the Internet by submitting an online application through our
wholly owned subsidiary, Enova International, Inc., that comprises our E-Commerce
segment. Applicants are notied of approval within minutes, and funds are
electronically deposited into the customer’s bank account, usually the next day.
In 2011, Cash America’s
board of directors
unanimously approved
a plan to offer shares of
Enova’s common stock
in an initial public offering
Committed to
