The Company allocates corporate administrative expenses to each operating segment based on personnel
expenses at each segment. In the e-commerce segment, certain administrative expenses are allocated between the
domestic and foreign components based on the amount of consumer loans written. The following table presents
operating income, separated between domestic and foreign, for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010 and 2009
