Cash America store associates
complete several continuing education
courses each year and participate in
online educational courses through our
award-winning Learning Management
System. Our associates’ pride in their
work shows in everything from their
consistent dress code to the way they
greet customers and confidently handle
transactions. They are professionals
who are always ready to help.
Many members of our operations
team also participate in Cash America
University, a weeklong educational
and motivational program
we launched in 2004. In
fact, more than 675 store
managers have taken part
since the program began.
By giving store managers a
chance to interact with each
other and with field support
colleagues, Cash America keeps
the door open at all times to both
individual and corporate success. This
structure naturally presents abundant
