5. Short-Term and Long-Term Debt
Short-term loans payable generally consisted of overdrafts from banks with interest rates are 1.71% at March 31, 2010, and ranging from 1.37% to 2.99%
at March 31, 2009.
Long-term loans payable from banks with interest rate are ranging from 1.85% to 4.10% at March 31, 2010, and there was no long-term loans payable at
March 31, 2009..
