Since the investment allowances were calculated on the basis of the currently applicable legal situation and since it is unclear in what amount investment
allowances can be paid under the future regulation, AMD agrees that in the event this sum turns out to be lower than calculated they will fill the financing
gap arising. The working capital will by supplemented in accordance with the AMD Fab X Cost Plus Reimbursement Agreement mentioned in Section
10.2.
