Statutory Auditors’ report on the annual fi nancial statements
❙ 3. SPECIFIC VERIFICATIONS AND INFORMATION
We have also carried out the specifi c verifi cations required by law, pursuant to professional standards applicable in France.
We have no comments regarding the accuracy of the information provided in the management report prepared by the Board of Directors
or in the documents sent to shareholders concerning the fi nancial position and annual fi nancial statements, or regarding the consistency
of this information with the annual fi nancial statements.
With regard to the information provided pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code, on the
compensation and benefi ts paid to corporate offi cers and on the commitments made in their favor, we verifi ed their consistency with the
fi nancial statements and with the data used in the preparation of these fi nancial statements and, where appropriate, with items collected
by your Company from the companies controlling your Company, or controlled by it. Based on this work, we attest the accuracy and
truthfulness of such information.
As required by law, we have ensured that the various information relating to equity and control investments and to the identity of the
holders of share capital or voting rights was provided to you in the management report.
