Q. SUCCESSORS
This Plan shall be binding on the Company and any successors or assigns thereto.
R. EXECUTION
This Plan Document has been restated and adopted by McKesson Corporation and such adoption is certified to by the undersigned Officer
of the Company to be effective January 1, 2004, except as otherwise stated herein.
