The Court will hold a hearing (the “Fairness Hearing”) to decide whether to approve the proposed settlement and the request for Class
Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, expenses and the Class Representatives’ service awards. You may attend and you may ask to speak, but you
don’t have to.


California, 450 Golden Gate Ave, 18th Floor, Courtroom 15, San Francisco, CA 94102. The hearing may be moved to a different date
or time without notice, so check for updates on this website. At this hearing, the Court will consider whether the proposed settlement is
fair, reasonable and adequate. The Court will also consider Class Counsel’s application for attorneys’ fees and expenses and for
service awards for the Class Representatives. If there are objections, the Court will consider them at the hearing. After the hearing, the
Court will decide whether to approve the settlement. We don’t know how long the decision will take.

No. You don’t have to attend the Fairness Hearing. Class Counsel will answer any questions the Court may have. If you or your
personal attorney would like to attend the Fairness Hearing, you are welcome to do so at your expense. If you send a written objection,
you don’t have to come to Court to talk about it. As long as you submit your written objection by [date], to the proper address, and it
complies with the requirements set forth above, the Court will consider it.

You may ask the Court for permission to speak at the Fairness Hearing. If you intend to speak at the Fairness Hearing, you may, but
