scores do not make it clear to consumers before the consumer purchases the educational score that it is not the score the lender is likely to use.
Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds
When disclosing pricing and any discounts or other promotions, you should include clear and conspicuous language that describes the promotion or
discount period, the product pricing during and following the promotion and/or discount period, and any other terms that helps the consumer understand
the pricing of the product at all times.
You should have a clearly defined refund policy, and which is disclosed to the consumer prior to the “call to action.”
