otherwise involving the Parties, the Federal Trade Commission, any State Attorney General, or any Released Party.
134. LifeLock’s execution of this Settlement Agreement shall not be construed to release-and LifeLock expressly does
not intend to release-any claim LifeLock may have or make against any insurer for any cost or expense incurred in connection with
this Settlement including, without limitation, for attorneys’ fees and costs.
XXIII. 
135. This Settlement Agreement, complete with its exhibits, sets forth the sole and entire agreement among the Parties
with respect to its subject matter and it may not be altered, amended, or modified except by written instrument executed by Class
Counsel and LifeLock’s Counsel. The Parties expressly acknowledge that no other agreements, arrangements, or understandings not
expressed in this Settlement Agreement exist among or between them and that in deciding to enter into this Settlement Agreement,
they are relying solely upon their own judgment and knowledge. This Settlement Agreement supersedes any prior agreements,
understandings, or undertakings (written or oral) by and between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Settlement
Agreement.
136. This Settlement Agreement and any amendments thereto shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law
of the State of Arizona, notwithstanding its conflict of laws provisions.
137. Any disagreement and/or action to enforce this Settlement Agreement shall be commenced and maintained only in
the Court in which the Action is pending.
