Each party may, by notice given pursuant to Paragraph 14, change its designation to a person other than the person identified above.

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement will be in writing except as expressly stated in this Agreement, and will be
deemed duly given when received upon delivery by hand or by certified mail, addressed as follows:

The parties hereto may, by notice, designate any further or different addresses to which notices will be sent.
 
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, by a court having jurisdiction, such provision shall be
unenforceable only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
 
All Exhibits attached to this Agreement are a part of this Agreement and are expressly incorporated into it. All blanks in the Exhibits, if any, will be completed
as required in order to consummate the transactions contemplated and in accordance with this Agreement.
 
Equifax does not convey or transfer, nor does Broker obtain any right or interest in, any of the programs, systems, data, materials, or Credit Information
utilized or provided by Equifax in the performance of this Agreement.
 
Descriptive headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not be used to interpret this Agreement.
 .
This Agreement will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
 
No delay or omission by either party to exercise any right or power it has under this Agreement shall impair or be construed as a waiver of such right or
power. A waiver by either party of any covenant or breach shall not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach or of any other covenant. All
waivers must be in writing and signed by the party waiving its rights.
 

