Market Information and Holders
Our Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (‘‘NYSE’’) under the symbol ‘‘LF.’’ On
May 29, 2015, there were 2,125 holders of record of our Class A common stock and five holders of record of
our Class B common stock.

Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock and do not anticipate paying cash
dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future.
Share Repurchase Program
On February 10, 2014, the Company’s board of directors approved a stock repurchase program authorizing
the Company to repurchase up to an aggregate of $30.0 million of its Class A common stock through
December 31, 2014. During the three months ended June 30, 2014, the Company repurchased approximately
6 shares of its common stock at an average price of $6.50, which were retired upon repurchase. This stock
repurchase program expired on December 31, 2014.
