monthly averages elsewhere.
bLoans and advances to customers and banks include all doubtful lendings, including non-
accrual lendings. Interest receivable on such lendings has been included to the extent to
which either cash payments have been received or interest has been accrued in
accordance with the income recognition policy of the Group.
