Staying close to
our customers
Trinity Shopfit & Design Ltd is a successful shopfitting
business based near Lincoln, run by Noel and Tracey
Luther. In June 2008 managing cash flow became a
problem as the business was expanding quicker than
they had planned. We know the business well and have
been working with the owners for many years and were
able to quickly arrange a temporary increase in their
overdraft facility. This was followed up by a personal, out
of hours visit by their Barclays Local Business Manager,
Susan Cadd, when a permanent solution was negotiated
and secured. This is just one of many examples of Barclays
staying close to our small business customers in the
difficult economic environment.
