Statements as of December 31, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009 and for the five-year period ended December 31,
2013. On April 30, 2010, we acquired the long-term asset management business of Columbia Management Group.
Results presented below include the results of this business after the date of acquisition. The selected financial data
