Ronald A. Williams, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Alan M. Bennett, Chief Financial
Officer, have provided unqualified Certifications of the Company’ s public disclosure contained in the Company’ s
Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 (the “2006 Form 10-K”), filed with the SEC.
These Certifications, which are required pursuant to Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related
regulations, are filed as exhibits to the 2006 Form 10-K.
In addition, NYSE regulations require that the Chief Executive Officer provide the NYSE each year with a
