RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
- Approve changes in Strategic Technical Objectives as set forth in Exhibit A *
- Approve changes of schedules of the Projects set forth in Exhibit B*
- Establish a regular review process on no more than a quarterly basis with business executives of each of the Parties of at least the level of
Vice President or other comparable level.
- Approve external communications about the goals of the Projects and external publications*
- Resolve such other items as the Management Committee deems appropriate or as indicated elsewhere in the Agreement as requiring the agreement
of the Management Committee.
* Items marked require unanimous approval of the Management Committee
All other responsibilities, including day-to-day management responsibility for the results to be achieved under the Agreement, shall reside with the IBM
Project Leader with the help of the AMD Project Leader.
