Directors Declaration
. In the opinion of the Directors of Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas):
(a) The Consolidated Financial Statements and Notes, and the Remuneration Report set out on pages  to  in the Directors’ Report,
are in accordance with the Corporations Act , including:
(i) Complying with Australian Accounting Standards (including the Australian Accounting Interpretations) and the
Corporations Regulations 
(ii) Giving a true and fair view of the nancial position of the Qantas Group as at  June  and of its performance
for the nancial year ended on that date
(b) The Consolidated Financial Statements and Notes also comply with International Financial Reporting Standards as disclosed in Note (A)
(c) There are reasonable grounds to believe that Qantas will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable
. There are reasonable grounds to believe that Qantas and the controlled entities identied in Note  will be able to meet any obligations
or liabilities to which they are or may become subject to by virtue of the Deed of Cross Guarantee between Qantas and those controlled
entities pursuant to ASIC Class Order /.
. The Directors have been given the declarations required by section A of the Corporations Act  from the Chief Executive Ofcer
and the Chief Financial Ofcer for the year ended  June .
