Management expects the FDIC to allow the extended or unlimited coverage for noninterest-bearing accounts
to expire on December 31, 2012, as scheduled. We anticipate minimal impact on our liquidity position; mainly an
increase to collateral requirements for our Public Fund clients whose deposits are currently covered by the FDIC
insurance. We will continue to monitor this throughout 2012.
