All of our services and activities will contribute to the achievement of our
ambitious goals: we want to expand our position as a leading global player
in the logistics business.We want to offer our customers top services world-
wide,our personnel jobs with prospects for the future and our shareholders
continued value increase.
I am very pleased to be able to propose to you already for the past financial
year a dividend distribution of €300 million, which represents a dividend
per share of €0.27.
I am confident that AKTIE GELB will not disappoint the expectations that
have been placed in it and will maintain a leading position among German
shares.In fact, it has already assumed that position: on March 19, 2001
AKTIE GELB was included in the German stock index DAX.
