Martina Barker is a lead specialist in Aflac’s New Business Processing Department in Columbus, Georgia. Martina
strives each day to ensure that what she does as an employee positively impacts our policyholders. Martina says,
“I work for a great company, and a wonderful team. Each day we are committed to making sure we spread our wings
and accurately process all applications received within our SLA (Service Level Agreement). We strive to make sure
the service that we provide, by issuing or pending an application, is one that our customers can be proud of.”
