The Hillman family – Jason, Elizabeth and their daughter Emily from Florissant, Missouri, found their lives turned
upside down when Jason was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Throughout treatment, Aflac has helped the
Hillman family stay on top of bills and everyday needs by paying their claims fairly and promptly while also exhibiting
exceptional customer service. About her experience with Aflac Elizabeth says, “Every time I call Aflac, I get a very
nice person on the phone who helps me with every question; and I can hear the smile on their face… I know that with
ongoing treatment I will be speaking to Aflac many times and I don’t worry that the customer service will change. I
would recommend Aflac to everyone and I am going to also apply for an Aflac accident policy. I hope we will never
need it but my story shows that you never know.
