The following table sets forth information concerning the total compensation paid to the current directors of Visa Inc. by Visa International, any
unincorporated region of Visa U.S.A., Visa International, Inovant or Visa Canada during fiscal 2007 for their respective service on the board of directors of
such entities, as applicable. The compensation amounts presented in the table below are historical and are not indicative of our future director compensation.

directors.

(6) Represents $73,750 retainer and meeting fees and $37,000 additional fees paid in connection with our reorganization for service on the Visa U.S.A. board of directors.
