will have a sound trap.

o.c., one layer 5/8” Type “X” gypsum board each side, continuous metal “J” mold @ top edge / tile, taped smooth. Independently
brace partition every 8’-0” on center with alternating diagonal braces to structure above or equivalent per code. No Insulation,
unless otherwise noted in the Construction documents
