insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit reasonably acceptable to
Landlord; and (iii) any new Lines installed by Tenant shall comply with all applicable Laws. Unless otherwise instructed by Landlord (by notice
to Tenant), Tenant shall, at its expense, before the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, remove any Lines located in or serving the
Premises and repair any resulting damage.
30.29 Transportation Management
. Tenant shall comply with all present or future programs imposed by applicable Law that are
intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Project and/or the Buildings, and, in connection therewith, Tenant shall
take responsible action for planning and managing the transportation of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with any
governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related governmental or quasi-
governmental committees or
entities.
