We were incorporated in Delaware on October 24, 2007. Prior to separation, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. did
not have any operations. Refer to Note 3 of the Notes to our Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for further
information.
Products and Distribution
We are a leading integrated brand owner, manufacturer and distributor of non-alcoholic beverages in the
United States, Mexico and Canada and we also distribute our products in the Caribbean. In 2009, 90% of our net
sales were generated in the United States, 4% in Canada and 6% in Mexico and the Caribbean. We sold 1.6 billion
equivalent 288 fluid ounce cases in 2009. The following table provides highlights about our key brands:
