EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION TABLES
Summary Compensation Table
The following table sets forth summary information concerning the compensation of our principal executive officer, our principal financial officer, our three
other most highly compensated executive officers during fiscal 2015 , and one former executive officer who would have been included among our three other most
highly compensated executive officers had she continued to serve as an executive officer through January 31, 2016. We refer to these persons as our "named
executive officers." The dollar amounts shown are in U.S. dollars. The amounts originally in Canadian dollars were converted to U.S. dollars using the average of
the average exchange rates for each fiscal month during the applicable fiscal year. Applying this formula to fiscal 2015 , 2014 , and 2013 , CDN$1.00 was equal
to USD$ 0.773 , USD$ 0.898 , and USD$ 0.963 , respectively.
