Consolidated Results

The decrease in consolidated revenues was primarily due to a $19.0 million decrease in revenues from our Content & Media segment, partially offset by
a $2.3 million increase in revenues from our Communications segment.

The decrease in consolidated cost of revenues was primarily due to an $8.2 million decrease in cost of revenues associated with our Content & Media
segment and a $3.0 million decrease in depreciation and amortization expense, partially offset by a $6.5 million increase in cost of revenues associated with
our Communications segment.

The decrease in consolidated sales and marketing expenses was primarily due to a $4.3 million decrease in sales and marketing expenses associated with
our Content & Media segment and a $2.2 million decrease in sales and marketing expenses associated with our Communications segment. These decreases
were partially offset by a $0.3 million increase in depreciation expense.
