Item 2: Properties
Our headquarters, as well as the Bank’s, is located in the Huntington Center, a thirty seven story office building located in
Columbus, Ohio. Of the building’s total office space available, we lease approximately 28%. The lease term expires in 2030, with six
five-year renewal options for up to 30 years but with no purchase option. The Bank has an indirect minority equity interest of 18.4%
in the building.

record.

companies and includes all money center banks and regional banks, including Huntington. An investment of $100 on December 31,
2009, and the reinvestment of all dividends, are assumed. The plotted points represent the closing price on the last trading day of the
