The Corporation paid a dividend of $0.03 per share in the first quarter of 2000-2001 to the holders of
subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares. Starting from the second quarter of 2000-2001, no dividends
w e re paid in order to focus more of its available cash flow on investment in system upgrades and new technologies.
