Analysis of operational risk
Operational risk is the risk of direct or
indirect impacts resulting from human
factors, inadequate or failed internal
processes and systems or external events.
This section provides an analysis of the
Group’s operational risk profile, including
events which have had a significant impact
in 2015.
A small reduction in the number of recorded
incidents occurring during the period

of £50,000 or less
