4 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
4.1 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODE
Following the decision of the Board on April 9, 2009, announced on April 14, 2009, the Company
refers to the corporate governance code for listed companies of AFEP-MEDEF as revised in June
2013 (the “AFEP-MEDEF Code”), particularly in preparing the report required by article L 225-37 of the
French Commercial Code.
The AFEP-MEDEF Code is available on the MEDEF website (www. code-afep-medef.com).
In accordance with the “comply or explain” rule given in article 25.1 of the AFEP-MEDEF Code, the
Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on corporate governance and internal control
includes the AFEP-MEDEF Code recommendations that were not taken into consideration and the
reasons for this.
